For buyers

You describe the situation on a hiring guide. An editor reads every brief, usually within 2 business days, and writes a short summary with no names: your company, your name and your contact details are left out.

If the brief is a fit, the summary goes to no more than 3 firms that work in that area. Each has 72 hours to accept. A firm that accepts receives your contact details and is told you expect to hear from it. We email you the name of every firm that received your brief, and of each one that accepts.

You pay nothing and owe nobody anything. If a firm misrepresents itself or does not get in touch, reply to our email.

If we cannot route a brief, because it is outside the areas we cover or we have no suitable firm, we tell you.

How firms are vetted

Before a firm receives any brief, an editor checks that it is a real, operating business; that its people have done the kind of work it applies for, from its website, public case studies and references; and that it can serve the regions it names. We decline firms we cannot verify.

We pause or remove firms that buyers report for misrepresentation, pressure tactics or not following up.

Who pays

Firms pay Stratrix $499 for each brief they accept. Declining costs nothing. If a buyer turns out to be fake or unreachable, the firm gets a credit for its next introduction.

Firms cannot pay to receive more briefs, to be offered briefs first, or to be mentioned in our guides. Our hiring guides name no firms.

Your information

We use what you send only to route your brief. Firms that accept receive your name, role, company, email, phone number if you gave one, and the description you wrote. See our privacy policy.
