Refunds

Stratrix Pass, Pro and Team are refunded in full within 7 days if you have asked fewer than 25 questions (and, for Stratrix Team, before a Strategy Pack is taken from the allowance), in one click from Ask Stratrix. Strategy Packs, Casebooks and Decision Briefs are digital downloads delivered at once, so those sales are final; read the free sample first.

Upgrade credit

An Stratrix Pass bought in the last 30 days counts in full toward Stratrix Pro or Stratrix Team.

Questions that do not count

When the data is too thin to answer (fewer than 3 filings), the question is not counted, and Ask Stratrix says so. Follow-ups on the same topic are free.

Seats

Stratrix Team adds seats at $499 a year each, up to 50. The Strategy Pack allowance pools across the team.

Use

Use what you buy in your own work and in client work, with a citation. Resale, redistribution, bulk export and training models offered to others are not included; Enterprise covers data licensing.

Public data

The economic statistics in our products come from public sources, each credited where it appears: US federal agencies, the OECD, the European Central Bank, Eurostat and national statistics offices. They are available free of charge from their publishers; what you pay for is our selection, calculation, analysis and Decision Cases.

Enterprise

A data license or API for the Decision Cases and the data behind Ask Stratrix, from $100,000 a year. It is the only plan arranged by conversation: write to us with what you would build.
