1. Approval
We review each application and may approve, decline, pause or remove a firm at our discretion. Approval is not an endorsement, and you may not describe it as one.
2. Briefs and fees
We send each approved brief to no more than 3 firms. You have 72 hours to accept or decline. Accepting charges your saved card $499, or uses a credit if you have one, and releases the buyer’s contact details to you. Declining or letting an offer expire costs nothing. We do not guarantee any number of briefs, or that a buyer will hire you.
3. Credits
If a buyer you accepted proves fake, or cannot be reached after reasonable attempts, tell us within 14 days of accepting. If we agree, we credit the introduction against your next one. Credits have no cash value. A buyer choosing another firm is not grounds for a credit.
4. Conduct
Contact the buyer promptly and professionally, represent your firm and people accurately, and use the buyer’s details only to discuss the brief. Do not sell, share or add them to marketing lists. We pause or remove firms that buyers report for misrepresentation, pressure tactics or not following up.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your saved card for each brief you accept. Fees are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you owe. You can remove your card or close your account at any time by writing to us; briefs already accepted stay payable.
6. General
These terms sit alongside the site terms of use. We may update them; changes apply to briefs offered after the update.
