How a model differs from a casebook
A casebook is records first: every verified decision of one type, for you to compare. A reference model is the framework first, with a handful of records chosen because they show that framework's decisions being made. Buy the casebook when you want the full evidence on one kind of decision. Buy the model when you are running the framework itself, on a divestiture, a transformation, a data or technology strategy, and want the structure and the precedents in one file.
We keep the two kinds of content apart on purpose. The model is Stratrix's framework guidance, built from the free Strategy Blueprint you can read on the site, and it is labeled as judgment. The worked records are verified fact: each one is cited to its sources and passed the same checks as every casebook record. Nothing that is not sourced goes into the paid file. A model is $299, the same as a casebook at $299, once.
