- The Selective CC: Only include those who truly need to know. Remember, “need to know” doesn’t include Jim from accounting on your report about the printer toner crisis.
- CC for SOS: When in doubt, CC someone out. Stuck in an email battle? Bring in a higher-up as your cavalry.
- The CC Cleanse: Periodically review your go-to CC list. If someone hasn’t interacted with your emails since the last office holiday party, it’s time to let them go. Remember, with great CC power comes great responsibility. Use it wisely!
