  7. Balanced Scorecard: A performance measurement tool that considers financial and non-financial metrics to provide a balanced view of organizational performance.
  8. Business Model Canvas: A visual template that describes the nine building blocks of a business model, such as customer segments, channels, and revenue streams.
  9. Porter’s Five Forces: A model that analyzes the level of competition in an industry by evaluating five forces: buyer and supplier power, threat of new entrants, threat of substitutes, and competitive rivalry.
  10. KPI (Key Performance Indicator): Metrics that evaluate the success of an organization or specific activity in meeting objectives.
