Use the RAND and RANDBETWEEN functions to generate random numbers
Syntax: RAND(), RANDBETWEEN(bottom, top)
Step 1: For RAND, simply enter the formula in a cell to generate a random decimal between 0 and 1.
Step 2: For RANDBETWEEN, define the bottom and top numbers of the desired range and enter the formula in a cell.
