Use the OFFSET function to return a range reference
Syntax: OFFSET(reference, rows, cols, [height], [width])
Step 1: Define the reference cell, number of rows and columns to offset, and optionally the height and width of the returned range.
Step 2: Enter the formula in a cell and press Enter.
