That negative voice in your head is a jerk. Here’s how to reclaim your self-esteem and ditch the self-sabotage.

1.Catch & Challenge: Notice the thought – “I’m a failure.” Is that factually true, or just mean?

2.Talk Back Like a BFF: Would you say that to a friend? Treat yourself with the same kindness.

3.Evidence to the Contrary:  your wins, talents, kind acts. Proof that critic is a liar.

4.Reframe the Blips: “I made a mistake”, not “I AM a mistake”. Big difference.

5.Your Support Squad: Who believes in you when you don’t? Soak up their positive vibes.

Negative self-talk is a habit, and habits can be changed. Be patient and persistent, you DESERVE to be your own biggest fan.
